For the production of our Gragnano PGI pasta we only choose 100% Italian wheat from the best crops and packaged in bags. Water is the other essential element that is given to us by the spring of "Vernotico". Once the ingredients have been chosen, the master pasta maker sifts the durum wheat semolina to check the purity of the product before starting production.
Our pasta is bronze drawn. The bronze die and the slow drying give the pasta that particular roughness, which allows a perfect union with the condiment.Dried in static cells at low temperature for at least 24h, in order to preserve the quality and taste of the product.
